By using the joiya Bet (hereinafter "joiya" or "we") website and related services, you are deemed to have fully agreed to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using joiya's services.

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in Bangladesh. While Joiya operates under an international license, it is each member's own responsibility to comply with local regulations.

To register an account with Joiya, the following conditions must be met:

• Arbitrage betting — placing bets on multiple outcomes of the same event to gain an unfair advantage — is strictly prohibited.

Betting results are determined based on data recorded on Joiya's servers. In the event of any dispute, server data shall be considered final.

Joiya offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each offer comes with its own specific terms, though some general rules apply to all bonuses:

• Welcome Bonus Available to new members only, once, on their first deposit.
• After receiving a bonus, a specified wagering amount (Wagering Requirement) is not met, withdrawals will not be permitted.
• For each bonus, the Duration A validity period applies. Any unused bonus will be forfeited upon expiry.
• Placing bets with bonus funds may be restricted on certain games — see the offers page for details.
• Attempting to claim the same bonus more than once may result in account suspension.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on joiya. Violations may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any balance:

• Placing bets using automated bots or software
• Betting through another person's account or buying and selling accounts
• Match fixing or use of inside information to manipulate odds
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to joiya's systems
• Use of fraudulent payment methods

Joiya monitors suspicious activity and reserves the right to report it to the relevant authorities when necessary.

Joiya takes your personal information very seriously. Data collected at registration is used solely for account management and service improvement.
